Blackened Trout (Spicy)

A sustainable, ocean wise BC steelhead trout served with blackened cajun and pan seared in two 4oz portions with a pineapple salsa on top. Accompanied by seasonal vegetables and rice pilaf.

Stuffed Tomatoes

Two large red tomatoes stuffed with a Croatian style button mushroom. Topped with parmesan cheese and baked to perfection. Served over rice pilaf with seasonal vegetables. Topped with salsa verde.
