Hello Toast has been serving creative all-day breakfast and lunch in downtown Kamloops for over 20 years. Every dish is made fresh, with signature spuds and thoughtful, house-made touches.

🍳 Old Faithful’s

Traditional

Two eggs any style with signature spuds, toast, and your choice of side: double smoked bacon, Canadian back bacon, farmer’s sausage, or chorizo sausage. Vegetarian option includes avocado, sautéed spinach, or tomatoes.

Green Eggs & Ham

Two scrambled eggs infused with pumpkin seed basil pesto, Swiss cheese, and smoked ham. Served with signature spuds and multigrain toast.

Cayenne in the Rain

Sautéed sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, spinach, and signature spuds topped with melted cheddar and a fried egg, then drizzled with cayenne pepper and chive aioli. Served with multigrain toast.

Big Sweet Potato Bowl

Roasted sweet potatoes with peppers, red onion, spinach, and poached eggs, finished with chipotle aioli and chives. Served with multigrain toast.

The Fast Eddie

Grilled sourdough topped with cheddar, Swiss cheese, scrambled egg, and grilled Canadian back bacon. Served with signature spuds and hollandaise.

Breakfast Banana Split

Greek yogurt layered with fresh fruit, bananas, granola, berry compote, whipped cream, and a cherry on top.

Eggs, spinach, onion, black beans, peppers, chorizo sausage, chipotle mayo, and salsa in a warm tortilla. Served with signature spuds.

Basic B Burrito
