  Three-egg omelette with ham, cheese, and veggies (mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, tomatoes). Served with crispy hash browns and toast.

  Three eggs cooked with roasted corn and black bean salsa, ground beef, black beans, and cheese. Topped with pico de gallo and served with crispy hash browns and toast.
